Community
A room that stays open.
About seventy men, most of them somewhere in the middle of something. It runs all year, which is the point.
Retreats end. Programs graduate you. Therapy has an hour and then the hour is over. The Inner Circle exists for the part nobody sells tickets to — the ordinary Tuesday when the thing you learned in the woods is being tested by your kid, your inbox, or your own silence at the dinner table.
What it actually is
The Inner Circle is Bedrock's community — a private network on Mighty Networks, not another feed, and not a Facebook group that died in month three. What happens there:
- Connection circles. Live virtual circles where men bring what's actually happening and other men answer it. Cameras optional, no attendance rule.
- Workshops. Live group work in the Internal Family Systems frame — learning to know your parts in a room of men doing the same.
- Practices. Guided inner-journey work and short, repeatable regulation practices — some you can do in ninety seconds in a parked car.
- The 90 Day Program. A structured arc inside the community for men who want a container with a beginning and an end.
- The trailhead for everything on land. Our retreats and gatherings are organized inside the circle — the men headed to the coast in October are in there talking about it right now.
On the calendar
- Mountain Solitude Retreat — September 12–14.
- Surfing the Self — the 4th Annual Men's Coastal Retreat, October 8–11, Pacific City.
- Eight-Week Cohort — meets weekly, starting in October.
- Dinner at The Haven — monthly, around a real table.
Join the circle and you'll see all of it taking shape from the inside.
Who's in it
Men in their thirties through their sixties. Contractors, physicians, pastors, engineers, guys between things. A lot of them have done therapy — some are still in it. Several have been to a retreat and came back needing somewhere to put it.
What they have in common is not a diagnosis. It's that they got good at handling their lives and lost track of being in them.
What it isn't
It isn't group therapy, and it isn't a substitute for it. There's no treatment plan, no chart, and no clinical relationship — Tim moderates as a facilitator and elder, not as your therapist. Men who need clinical care are told so plainly and helped to find it.
The door's open.
No cohort to wait for and no application. You can be inside it tonight.
