Privacy policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026. A plain-language summary of what this site collects and where it goes.

What we collect

If you join the Inner Circle, subscribe to field notes, or take the assessment, we collect your email address, your assessment result if you took it, and which form you used.

If you register for a retreat, ask for a seat at a gathering, or sign a waiver, we also collect what those forms ask for: your name, phone number, and emergency contact. A retreat waiver also asks for your date of birth, mailing address, and the health information you choose to give us, such as conditions, medications, and allergies.

If you pay, Stripe handles your card and we never see the number. If you book a fit call, the scheduling provider collects what it needs to book it. We use privacy-light analytics to count visits and a few events, such as signups and booking clicks. There is no ad network tracking, and we do not sell data, ever.

Where it lives

Email addresses and assessment results are stored in Klaviyo, our email platform, and used only to send you what you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing actually works.

Registration, waiver, and interest forms are built in Google Forms, and the answers are kept in Google Sheets. Health information you give on a retreat or lodge form is used only to keep people safe at that gathering, and is shared with the people running it. Payments are processed by Stripe.

What this site is not

Nothing you enter on this site is a medical record, and using the site does not create a therapeutic or medical relationship. The assessment is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnostic instrument. If you become a client, clinical records are handled under applicable healthcare privacy law, separately from this website.
